MN Bin Bath trash can cleaning service

So, What's the process?

You've just signed up with MN Bin Bath for the first time.  Now what?

1) signup confirmation

Immediately upon sign up, you'll receive an email from donotreply@mail.jobatory.com with confirmation of sign up and temporary password details for our Customer Portal.

2) Terms of service

The Welcome Email includes a URL to a PDF with our Terms of Service and other handy information you might need to know as a new customer of MN Bin Bath. If you're curious of what this looks like, click here to view the PDF.

3) First Visit Scheduled

Within 48 hours of signing up, you'll receive a text and email with your first service date. This service occurs the day after your bins are emptied by your waste hauler. Please avoid adding anything to the bins between the hauler emptying, and our visit.

4) Day Before Reminders

5 days before your service, you'll receive an email reminder with your scheduled date of service. The day before, you'll receive both an email and text reminder to have your bins at the curb by 7 a.m. the next day. We will arrive between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on your scheduled day, but we cannot provide an exact estimate of what time of day it will be.

1-60 MINUTES BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL, YOU'LL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION WE'RE ENROUTE.

HERE'S THE CLEANING PROCESS

Splish, splash, your bins got a bath.

After we're done, then what?

1) Post-Cleaning Notification

Upon completion of cleaning, you will receive both a text and email notifying you the cleaning has been completed.


Within a couple days after your first time getting a bin cleaning from us, you'll also receive a fun before and after comparison pic of your bins in your email.

2) Your Second Cleaning

If you have signed up for one of our recurring subscription options, you will receive another set of text and email notifications 5 days and 1 day before, as well as the day of "on our way" text.


If you are in our monthly plan, you should assume the visit will be 4 weeks after the first visit. We will notify you if we need to bump this back to a later date. If you are in our quarterly plan, you can assume your next visit will be in 10-12 weeks. Semi-Annual plans roughly 20-28 weeks apart, as best fits.

3) what if My next cleaning date won't work?

Please just reach out to us via text, email, or phone and we can reschedule you to a later date. We ask for at least one day's notice.


You can also block out dates on the calendar in your Customer Portal to ensure we don't try to schedule service when you might be unavailable.

4) When is it renewal time?

If you signed up for one of our subscription plans, your second and all subsequent visits will get auto-billed 7-days before your next scheduled visit.


One-time cleans obviously will not be charged any further.


You can request additional cleans, see when your next cleaning is tentatively scheduled, switch up plans, add additional cleans, or cancel your account all from our Customer Portal.
